Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products by POP CONVERSION (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any individual consumer (“you”, the “Customer”) through the Website popconversion.shop.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Products

POP CONVERSION sells limited edition straps and accessories released through exclusive drops.

Each drop is produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

All products are custom produced. Production begins only after the drop is closed.

Because of this production model, delivery may take longer than standard retail orders.

Photos and visuals are non contractual. Slight variations in colour, finish, texture and assembly may occur due to small batch production and are not considered defects.

3. Orders, pre orders and production

Certain products are offered on a pre order basis.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • production may not begin immediately after purchase;
  • production starts only once the required minimum number of orders has been reached;
  • products are manufactured specifically for the drop;
  • delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Orders become final once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including suspected fraud, payment issues, stock errors or abuse of the Website.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT where required by law.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or local fees outside the European Union may apply and remain the responsibility of the Customer.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers.

We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

6. Delivery

Due to the limited drop and custom production nature of our products, delivery times may be longer than traditional ecommerce orders.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • production timelines;
  • order volume;
  • destination country;
  • customs processing;
  • carrier delays;
  • public holidays;
  • force majeure or other external circumstances beyond our control.

Orders may take up to 30 days to arrive after production and shipment initiation.

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and accept these delivery conditions.

If delivery exceeds the legally permitted period under applicable German consumer protection law, you may exercise your statutory rights.

Risk of loss transfers once the goods are delivered to you or a person designated by you.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable German consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires.

Conditions for accepted returns:

  • products must be unworn, unused and undamaged;
  • all original packaging, accessories and tags must be included;
  • products showing signs of wear, damage or modification may be refused.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product using the original payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where exclusions under applicable law exist, including clearly personalised or custom made products.

8. Legal warranty

Customers benefit from statutory warranty rights under German law.

If a product is defective, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement or other statutory remedies.

Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and supporting photos where applicable.

9. Liability

We are liable only for direct damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, force majeure events or incorrect information provided by the Customer.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of the Customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version applicable to your order is the version published on the Website at the time of purchase.
